Open the File a Complaint page, enter your name, CNIC, phone number and area, choose the issue category and describe the problem. You can also attach a photo. Once submitted, you receive an official Complaint ID instantly.
How can I check the status of my complaint?
Go to the Track a Complaint page and enter your Complaint ID along with the CNIC or phone number you used when filing. You will see every update until the complaint is resolved.
I lost my Complaint ID. What should I do?
Call the helpline at 021-99211429 or 021-99211390 with the CNIC or phone number you used, and our staff will help you locate your complaint.
What kind of issues can I report?
You can report municipal issues such as roads and buildings, street lights, parks, TMC dispensaries, fumigation and spray, TMC schools, encroachments, illegal parking, trade licences, illegal signboards and property tax.
